Novotel Geneve Centre

A hotel located a five-minute walk from Geneva’s train station. It’s ideally situated—just three minutes to the nearest public transport stop and five minutes to Lake Geneva. We booked a Superior Family Room with 2 Double Size Beds, and the room featured two large beds. The rooms are spacious and cozy; the bathroom is stocked with Rituals toiletries, and there’s a coffee machine and a kettle. The minibar includes a complimentary bottle of water. The carpeting is in excellent condition. You’ll also find an ironing board and iron in the room.

This room category doesn’t have a balcony but boasts a large panoramic window. The soundproofing is excellent—you can’t hear your neighbors at all. At check‑in, our child received puzzles, coloring books, and crayons as a welcome gift. Breakfast costs CHF 33 and includes the usual spread: croissants, scrambled or fried eggs, sausages, vegetables, several fresh juices, coffee, tea, fruit (apples, bananas, oranges), cereals, and milk.

To use the elevator, you must tap your room key card; otherwise it won’t go to your floor. Unfortunately, this wasn’t mentioned at check‑in.

As a bonus, the hotel provides a complimentary transit pass for public transportation.
